My Mental health story :Swetha Krishna

I realised the huge need to address mental health when I just hit my 20. The family condition and the type of people I hangout with had a huge impact on my mind which turned a nerdy stuffy kid into a hyper sensitive insecure rebel. It was very hard for me to address why an ambitious child was a broken toy now. The story is with a lot of highs and lows and my story inspired me to become a human that tried to make the world a little better for those who are like me . I had a lot of helping hands to hold on my way. But I notice these hands aren’t from everyone and many who do not get them are swirled down the drain. I was blessed to have those hands and I want to be one of them, this my story behind trying to be one.
