  1. Make time to read the book:
    “18 Minutes: Find Your Focus, Master Distraction, and Get the Right Things Done” (Peter Bregman)
  2. Make time to pick up a new constructive leisure activity that involves learning a skill
  3. Make time to write a letter to yourself
    Document what you learnt from your life-experiences in the year 2017 and how you can use the wisdom to improve the quality of your life (Tip: even small changes in what one does regularly can make a big difference!)
